Veggie Casserole

Directions:
Depending on the amount of people you are feeding, use a 9x 13 spray coated cake pan or larger. Place a nice amount of quartered potatoes, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, summer squash, celery, mushrooms, green beans, cabbage (chunked or sliced) all together in this pan, add cut up beef if you wish, (chicken would probably work also, although I haven't tried it). Season to taste, I use a little S&P, season salt and cumin. Cover pan with aluminum foil, place on your heated grill. check every 15-min. Cook until veggies are cooked through and enjoy.
