Ingredients:
Several slices of favorite bread, Italian, French or Sour dough. Sprinkle bred slices with extra virgin olive oil. Peel and slice tomatoes on to the bread slices. Sprinkle tomatoes with Basil, salt and black pepper, to taste Top tomato slices with Cheddar, American or Provolone cheese or all three together. Toast in oven until cheese has melted. Serve hot, delicious !
