Garden Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:
4 to 6 medium sized garden tomatoes, chopped
2 Tablespoons garden chives, chopped
1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon corn starch
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine ingredients except for cornstarch in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Drain resulting liquid from bowl. Combine this liquid with the cornstarch in a heatproof container and mix well. Heat this mixture while stirring until thick. Re-combine with tomato mix. Serve with toasted bread or chips.
