Recipe for Hot Tomali

Ingredients:
1 Gallon peeled and cubed tomatoes
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Cups sugar
3 or 4 Onions (I use sweet onions)
2 Teaspoons All Spice
1 Teaspoon Salt or to taste
Hot Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in heavy stock pot and cook for 3 - 4 hours until thick. Stir often - especially towards the end. Then, just fill jars, tighten lids and let seal.
