Submitted By: Karen Stosak Ingredients: Butter a casserole dish. Arrange 1/2 tomatoes on bottom, then 1/2 zucchini slices. Toss together-bread crumbs, garlic, cheese and seasonings. Sprinkle half mixture over zucchini. Repeat the process. Dot the top with butter. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. |
