Submitted by: Kevin King Ingredients: Chop tomatoes into 1/4-inch pieces. Place in medium bowl. Add the onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix to combine. Let stand at least 15 minutes to develop flavors. Can be kept at room temperature for 2 hours and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. |
