Marinated steak

Ingredients:
1/2 cup black olives diced
1/2 cup green olives diced
1/2 cup drained capers
1 med. tomato diced fresh picked
2 jalapeno pepper diced
8 large clove garlic diced
3 anchovy filets rough chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1 cup unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 Tbsp. kosher salt

Combine all ingredients. Place in gallon Zip lock bag. Add 2lb thick cut sirloin steak. Marinate overnight. Remove steak and cook until desired doneness (Med. rare best). While steak is cooking heat leftover marinade and serve over steak.
